Nvidia promises support for G-Sync competitor Adaptive-Sync

"We are focusing on gsync" also doesnt mean "we are never going to support adaptive sync"
If they said something in private they are hardly going to turn around and admit it publicly at this stage, only if adaptive sync picks up and affects sales will they support it
 
They'd be silly not to add it at some point as it's so easy to implement now that monitor manufacturers are making the relevant hardware changes, not to mention if G-Sync has further advantages then Freesync will be a good demo to further promote it as well.
