Nvidia Quadro 4000 gpu and Cpu heatsink/cooling upgrade?

Any recommendations for GPUCooling for the Quadro 4000? and Xeon x5650 CPU's?

I clean the Heat-sink and fans periodically but still getting High temps.

Full load for GPU: 60/70c and CPU's: 81c (Im at work atm so havent got full temps report i.e. idles etc)

My nvidia was kicking out 90c+ but i read this post on cleaning the heatsink and has improved a lot but i still feel it could be cooler so read this post on upgrading GPU heatsink.

I own a hp z600 workstation as you can see they're is not a great deal of space for upgrading CPU heatsink/fans. I believe the socket is Lga 1366 and Im only using 1 PCI slot so should be plenty of space for GPU heatsink.

I'm a 3d artist not a gamer so use GPU and CPU for rendering.

ok i think im asking abit much in one post Going to simplify it.

Does anyone know of a VGA cooler for Quadro 4000? The only one i can find which actually states its compatible with Quadro 4000 was Gelid Icy Vision

Anyone know if this is anygood or there is better in market? ive had a good search.
