Nvidia Refresh Rate Override?

anyone know why my 7900gs will not over ride the refresh rates when i have them forced in the drivers?

e.g

640x480 - 100hz
800x600 - 100hz
1024x768 - 100hz
1152x864 - 100hz
1280x960 - 100hz
1280x1024 - 100hz
1600x1200 - 85hz

above is that refresh rate i set in the drivers override section but the override does not apply. the refresh rates seem to want to run at their own accord.
this did not happen with my 7600gt card. drivers im using are 91.47 officials.

Make sure you have it set for all colour depths (8bit 16bit 32bit)

Also make sure you have coolbits installed.

I occasionally have a problem after installing new drivers where my desktop isn't being forced ie it is overridden by the standard windows desktop defaulting to 60hz, but that's easy to change.
