Hi there

So today see's the announcement of the incredible NVIDIA RTX 50 series graphics cards comprising of:
  • 5090 32GB GDDR7 512-Bit Bus - Available to Pre-Order from 2pm January 30th (1pc per customer, UK ONLY)
  • 5080 16GB GDDR7 256-Bit Bus - Available to Pre-Order from 2pm January 30th (1pc per customer, UK ONLY)
  • 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7 256-Bit Bus - Available to Pre-Order from February, date TBC!
  • 5070 12GB GDDR7 192-Bit Bus - Available to Pre-Order from February, date TBC!

The cards are now listed live on OcUK and this range shall keep growing larger and larger almost daily along with constant edits to the products further updating/improving their descriptions in the run up to the pre-order date over the coming weeks.

The pricing displayed is fake and is sole reason is because we do not know our cost or the MSRP for the add in board partner products yet, as such we list at an unrealistic inflated price to make it obvious the pricing is fake, unfortunately our webshop has to display a price, so we play it safe, also just in case of any technical issues the price is high just in case the website starts taking orders. If the pre-order goes live before January 30th it is a mistake/error and any pre-orders placed at the inflated prices will not be honoured, the order will be refunded and the queue position lost.

Pre-Ordering and Purchase Best Practise

Summary

  • Limited to 1 per person
  • Limited to UK only
  • Buy just the GPU, don’t add anything else to your order
  • If you require other parts place a separete order
  • Checkout using Debit/Credit Card directly via the OcUK checkout
  • DPD should be your preferred delivery method
  • Download the DPD App, updating your preferences and information
  • Join the forums and/or Discord channel for stock updates and information
  • Do not reach out to customer service for more information, unless you have critical amends needed for your order
  • If the product is showing ‘Out of Stock’, sign up for stock notifications via the product page and periodically check back as it will return as a ‘pre-order’ shortly
  • Pricing shown prior to launch is inflated and TBC
  • FE (Founders) cards are exclusively available from NVIDIA ONLY

Purchase Limitations

In order to give everyone a fair chance, we have limited stock to 1 per customer only. Sales are also limited to UK only.

Payment Method

Using a debit or credit card directly via the OcUK checkout is the fastest way of checking out and securing your spot in the queue. We have to wait for Amazon, PayPal and other 3rd party payment providers to process your payment and confirm the completion before we can allocate the order, which can take at least 10 minutes for PayPal and 1 hour for finance.

Delivery Method

The delivery method you choose does not impact your place in the queue, however we recommend using DPD for high value purchases.

DPD App

We recommend downloading the DPD app to maximise your delivery success by updating your preferences. Set a safe location, nominate a behaviour, and set your ‘what3words’ location should you live in a new build or estate, or a secluded area.

Pricing

Pricing displayed on site prior to launch date is purposely inflated due to pricing TBC. If sales occur during this period as a result of a technical glitch or exploitation, the order will be cancelled, refunded and queue position lost.

Stock Availability

Stock shortages are expected at launch. Once initial stock holdings are sold out, products will show an ‘Out of Stock’ message whilst we allocate and pick the orders which were placed whilst they were in stock. Once this is complete, the products will return with a pre-order status and available for purchase.

Stock Updates

Keep an eye on the follow locations for stock updates regarding your order if it was on pre-order at the time of purchase:-

OcUK Forums HERE
OcUK Official Discord HERE ( https://discord.gg/5KRXAVw)
Product page for the product you’ve purchased

If you have not bought a product and unable to pre-order, then please sign up for stock notification emails to be alerted as soon as stock is available to purchase.

Customer Service

To minimise response times for customers, we encourage you to not reach out about the following as they are unable to advised and will only delay support for other customers:-
DO NOT ask for your position in the queue
DO NOT ask for stock status, levels or ETAs (This will be communicated separately – see above)
DO NOT ask for your purchased SKU to be changed to another, unless you really want to, as this will reset your queue position

These are still placeholder prices, even though they are x10 the ‘speculation prices’ from pre-reveal.

I did think highly of OcUK keeping the 9800x3d at its rrp on launch day so hopefully they will do the same.

RRP is only out for FE cards, AIB's will have their own RRP's for their cards, sometimes the AIB may offer a none OC basic SKU at or close to FE MSRP.

Will these be available to purchase on finance on the 30th by any chance?

Yes but you’ll be waiting a long time to get one as finance orders take hours to come through so even if you order at 14:00 on the dot and are first to order we won’t get your order until it’s approved and as such that will mean your queue position will be much lower.

Credit and Debit card via OcUK checkout and DPD next day delivery is the best practice to guarantee highest queue position.

i take it its fine to collect instead of go for delivery? im literally a mile away.
any idea what models will actually be in stock? i have no idea which 1 to go for

Collection only works if your in queue position one but if online orders are ahead of you they get priority as that’s fairest wayl. As stock is limited there will only be limited amounts and first come first served based on inline order queue position.
