Great news this! If it's anywhere as easy as the dlss plugin then we should see a lot more games with ray tracing added now :cool: Some of the indie titles I've played with ray tracing have been fantastic.

Seems nvidia have learnt from what happened with things like physx :)
 
Without having to go through a bunch of videos:
- Is it already in place in some games, or do we need to download something for say Metro?
- Should we expect any benefits against our current visuals and FPS in the games listed?

Those videos are great. I'm not a game developer but I found those interesting to watch and actually it looks like using that plug in implementing RTXGI into any unreal engine game is super simple, it takes less than 5 minutes - you'll spend more time than that fine tuning it to your game, tastes and goals but getting it into the game and outputting rayvtraced GI is less than 5 minutes
