From my noddy playing about, shadow play seems to want to record at 16:9 1080p?

So for you guys running on high resolution monitors, (eg: 1440p or 4k) when you record what are the resolutions of your files?

You can record at 4K 60fps @150mbs with only few fps drop which is rather impressive.

You can even record at higher resolutions than your native monitor res., if you have dsr enabled.

You would think there would be an option for lossless recording considering how good the performance is. I wouln't mind a bit steeper drop in fps.

You can change the recording resolution to whatever you want (within reason). I record at 1080P mostly, even though I game at 1440P.

I have mine set to 'in-game', which is 1440p. I tend to start the recording process from the desktop, so all I have to do when editing is just lop off the first 30secs or whatever.

Thats a good question, i know it used to record at whatever the game res was, but recently i found that it only records in 1080P, i only have a 1080P screen but i run 1440P or 4K upscaled where i can and it used to record that, i haven't done any upscaled recording for the last couple driver updates tho so i don't know if its still broken.

Open the App with Alt + Z, choose record and choose "settings" to change the record resolution. Always worked for me and not broken.
