Not had an issue with the GTX 770, 12GB RAM, i5 3rd Gen, 110Mbps download / 12Mbps upload Have you updated your drivers recently and download the latest GEForce Experience. That may help with the issues you are having

BUT! It shouldn't have that much of a dramatic effect, should still be streamable with decent enough FPS. Last edited: 27 Jan 2014
