Nvidia shield 2019 pro

Hey I have a small issue with one of my Nvidia shields, the problem is that it always starts with the sound muted and I have to press up on the volume each time! It's only a small issue I know, but it gets annoying. I know it dosent have to be this way as the other shield I have dosent do it... Anyone know the solution to fix it? I've looked all through the settings and I can't see anything to stop it doing it.

The best way to fix this issue is to go into the settings of your Nvidia Shield and look for the option to set the default volume. This should allow you to set the volume to the desired level and it will stay at that level until you manually change it.
