Nvidia Shield - 3rd Party Remotes

Hey all,

I've had my Nvidia Shield for a good while now, and I love it - It's hands down the best TV device I've used yet, and I've used my share of crud in the past :p

I currently use my TV remote to control the Shield, however there are two reasons why I dislike it... Firstly, there is a very slight delay from what happens on the screen to when I press the button - I'm assuming this is because I am shooting the button press to the TV and the delay is the process of sharing the button press to the Shield... Secondly, when I want to go from one app to the home screen in a snap, there is no home button I can press on my remote, so I have to hit back a thousand times :p

So, I know there are a few Shield owners on here... What remote are you using?

I don't really need a keyboard on it, but I see that a lot offer that - It's just so difficult to choose between the tat and the good ones :p

I use a harmony elite, but intention was not to replace just the Shield remote but all remotes(TV, AV, V6, Sky, Shield). Works fine form me.

I would love to get the Harmony Elite, but I feel I don’t have enough devices to take full advantage of it.
