nvidia shield

lol Nvidia shield.... Didn't even know this waste of time was on sale. The rainforest seems to be the only really reputable place

A good question OP and just had a look and I can't see any reputable sites to get one from. I didn't look that hard in truth but surely there must be someone of note stocking these?

Can tell Moyes is in charge.... nvidia shield... do you like rayman too?
(Something about you guys suddenly realising that the only way you are going to get a shield this season is by buying one.)

I was interest is Nvidia possibly until found out streaming is only possible if you have high nvidia graphics card also.

but then I can use a PS vita to stream just as well as shield to big tv or on the go with any PC.......and game long as the game is window mode......for half the price and half access to ps3 streaming and ps4 streaming :)

Only officially available in North America and therefore you are limited to importers or auction sites if you want one in the UK. Best part of £300 too, once postage etc is factored in.

Think it's a very cool device if you have the hardware and money, although I'd like to think they will improve it greatly with a new revision.

Not officially in the UK yet.
So anyone selling them, you have no warranty, only with place of purchase.

Should come to Europe and OcUK soon though. ;)

Well I've ordered one from the rainforest, main reason being I'd like to stream games from my PC onto this device so I can play anywhere in the house. Strange how they were only officially released in America.

Off topic but as far as I'm aware it's mostly to see how the market reacts with a product and they can easily distribute in the US without a lot of work. Distributing to europe/worldwide on an unknown product could backfire pretty bad so one market usually gets these things first to see how well they do and iron out any internal processes with manufacturing/distribution and whatnot.
