Nvidia surround annoying already.

Have you tried with all AA off to see if it improves ?

No mate, because the only game i'm having frame rate problems in is dirt showdown. And that is due to the game droping to one card. There is an SLI fix but it involves re-writing a config file.
i cant understand why the benchmark runs so well.

@1080 I see about 800mb vram usage. I doubt it is going to hugely increase with higher resolutions but it is worth setting up an onscreen display to see what it is using. It could help others in the future at least.

Thats a good idea. It will give people a rough idea of what to expect.

Overall i would'nt be without a 3 screen setup now. I just wish company's would iron out the problems.

yeah, this is one of the issues - the more niche you get in your setup the less support you get - at least SLI on it's own tends to get some love, but SLI AND surround... add in 3D and you'd have a perfect storm of potential issues!

you also have to remember that not all games use sli scaling the same way and some games don't use sli scaling at all which is why i would recommand looking at a different set of cards.

What monitors are you using??? have you thought about 3d surround..

As for good surround games, both batman games are very good, Hawk 2 looks really cool,
if your into your mmo's.. lord of the rings online

VRAM will be one of the issues here I was running out of it at 3x1680x1050 in quite a few games never mind higher - the core performance is less of an issue they will clock to 750mhz with ease and most do 800. The higher res will help to get the most out of SLI as thing like pixel throughput can pretty much scale to double.

Hello m8, i've just installed dirt showdown to see what its like for me and man my fps is really poor, like 10-20 fps with everything maxxed out,
with everything truned down about 30-40fps. Soyour not the only one with a problem m8..

i put it down to 1920x1080 and im still in the same boat as well.. It much be the game with bad coding!. Thankfully for me im not into this game
so i will ouch it to one side.

just hope the new updates driver updates or game updates will sort it out..

Yea like i said, dirt showdown is broken. I got it free from ocuk so not fussed lol.

Can't even get 25 fps in sli or single card

Game looks kinda meh anyway,

Hoping grid 2 will be better! I actually still play grid.
