Nvidia Surround & monitors (connector question)

Hi all,

I thought this would be better in here rather than the monitors sub forum (mods please move if you feel necessary).

I am now looking at Nvidia Surround on what will be GTX460 SLI and I just have a quick question surround the monitors. Now I know you have to run dual cards due to the lack of outputs however I just want to make sure what inputs the monitors require to get it working.

Do the monitors have to have DVI input (thus DVI-DVI) or can the input be VGA (D-SUB) with DVI-VGA adaptors on the card?

I already have one 22" monitor and would prefer it if I could use it again for the Surround setup (I am doing it on a budget). Unfortunately it only has a VGA input, hence I don't know if I can use it or now.

I assume the above should be ok but I want to make sure before parting with any cash.

Cheers :)

Haven't tested on the latest drivers but on release when I tried it I got an error message telling me all displays have to be the same type vga or digital when trying with mis-matched monitors.
