Nvidia Surround.

Hi Guys,

Current setup is in my Sig - I've been trying to setup Nvidia Surround I have the following;
2x Acer 24" Monitors.
1x Cinema HD Display 23"

All running at 1920x1080
5ms

All looks ok, Current configuration is;
2x Dvi
1x Dvi into Display port.

Now I believe that it wont work due to the difference between the Mac and the Acers.

I'm planning to get a 3rd Acer 24" next week, but im just slightly concerned that the Surround will still not work!

Is it ok to use a DVI - DisplayPort adapter will this allow Surround to work? as the Monitors only have VGA / DVI and I know VGA will not allow Surround!

Is it an 'Active' Display Port Adaptor you have or just a standard one. As I'm pretty sure you need to have an Active adaptor in order for surround to work correctly...

It's one of these ones I have.

I'm not sure if it's an Active or Passive however.
