NVIDIA to Unveil "Turing" Consumer Graphics GPU Next Month

Will be interesting to see the price.

One thing that worries me is that the Titan-V has double the mining performance of a Vega but triple the price so no sane miner would touch them. If the ratios shift with this card that could pose an issue for gaming supply, I.E if it comes in at current Titan-XP pricing then it will need to have half the compute performance of a Titan-V to stay safe.

I am guessing these new NVidia cards will have practically no compute (DP) performance like the gaming Pascal cards.

Having said that "Turing" is an odd name for a non compute card.

With the link to Alan Turing and cryptanalysis one would think it'll be a better GPU for mining rather than gaming. Probably be castrated too until the Ti version.
