nvidia vision, amd eyefinity

I'm a bit confused with these 3d monitors

I will be building a system with a amd 7970

I will also be buying a 120hz monitor

But, I can only find ones that mention nvdia vision enabled and comes with their glasses.

Do I use nvidias glasses with an amd chip? Because I can't find any amd glasses.

Eyefinity isn't 3D, Eyefinity is multiple monitors

AMD HD3D is their 3D afaik.

I see, so what monitors can I use for 3d for my chip? I can't find any, and what glasses would I use?

I'd imagine the nvidia technology would just be same as the AMD so should work, don't take my word on it though.

Very few monitors can do AMD HD3D.

AMD won't work with 3D Nividia enabled monitors, the only 120hz ones that worked out the box where the old Samsung monitors that came with glasses with the use of tridef to get the 3D.

Problem is most of the Samsung 3D monitors are end of line now and not sure if they are replacing them with a newer version.
