Hi , was just hoping some fellow members could give advice .... i have a titan x pascal which has lost video signal ... bought from nvidia store.

I tried to find rma on store and gave up running round in circles , i spoke to online chat who said they will send me pre paid label to return card tomorrow. I have no rma number (maybe its on the pre paid label im supposed to get tomorrow) and was told the only way i can track rma is when they dispatch replacement via tracking number.

Doesent instill much confidence to say the least not being able to track rma, was also told max 15 days which isent to bad i guess. Does this sound for nvidia rma <?>
 
Sorry to bring bad news, but I remember reading about someone on OCUK having a bad experience with their 30-day return policy, when they bought from Nvidia. Best of luck though!
 
Nobody asked how long ago long had it?
I'm sure itll be fine. They want it sent their way so if lost in post, their issue. Take photo of package before sending.
You'll get a new txp I'm sure. Would be not right to send u out a Ti imo. Its a different cheaper model even if it is slightly faster than the first txp
 
had it almost 2 years this month , I wont buy from nvidia again there rma is stressfull to say the least ... i called digital river who said they will not deal with despite it being sent from them. On the nvidia site looking for rma just runs you around in circles as metnioned , after much to and fro with online chat i got my rma and return label ... i printed the labels unknowning to me that i had to have 3 copys in the pouch this wasent explained so i only have 1 label on return going througth customs so i hope it gets there. They just make rma really difficult , im hoping i getting a Titan Xp back as opposed the Titan pascal back due to stock.

To be honest at the moment i just hope i get a card back ... if they were sto send me a 1080ti id go nutz. It was bought on cc so if i do get messed around anymore ill do a section 75 .
 
Bit of a shame about the bad experience. Might be worth a complaint or if they ask you to give feedback, make sure you do :). if enough raise the same issues then hopefully they change.
Fingers crossed you get the upgraded TXp to make up for the hassle
 
well they issued tracking number today , says I should get it tomorrow from Amsterdam ... be surprised if I do though. Seems they have replaced my card with a unused factory tested titan pascal :( was really hoping I would get a xp as replacement lol

I think they have sent me refurb but the guy on webchat said It was unused and factory tested.

This post kinda reminds of what happens to BFG partly.
