Hello,

As stated in the title I have a zotac 4070Ti GPU that has an RGB issue.

I have the RGB disabled via the software (Firestorm) but at random points the RGB will come on a flicker for awhile then go off.

I have sent the card back to OCUK but because its so random of when it happens they just sent it back saying no fault found even though I have provided the video showing the issue.

The card works fine without any issues at all and its just the RGB that is having problems.

Does anyone know what causes this issue or what to look for to see if there is any damage? The card has never been taken apart and if possible would like to leave it that way. I can see the RGB cable going to the board but not so easy to get too without taking it apart.

Video below

Can you get at the RGB plug through the cutout on the backplate? If so unplug it (carefully) with something long and thin, maybe a cocktail stick or a angled pair of tweezers.
