Nvlddmkm Issue?

Okay, not sure if this is right place but i guess its a graphics card/driver problem.

All was good and well untill I bought L4D other day, soon as i tried to play it boom the game would freeze with repeating sound and red dots all over screen, I thought it was a driver issue so i installed the lastest Drivers and so on but that made the problem worse. I've tried rolling back / uninstalling but no avail. I get it now in any game i try and even in windows, unsure now if this is a driver issue or maybe a sign of my card dying (8800GTX)

Does sound like the cards dying, the memory by the sounds of it by the red dots all over the screen description, so an RMA.

Looks that way, I've tried uninstalling and using some kind of driver cleaner now too, windows is fine, but any game causes the error even solitaire, Lol.
