NVME Drives and extracting large multiples files?

Would there be any real benefit in using a NVME drive (either as a C and/or D drive) over a SSD, when extracting multiple RAR files?
i.e. each file is around 4GB and the total amount of files equals 50 to 80 GB's.

At the moment using a SSD (D drive), the files are extracted (to the same drive).
Then a secondary operation starts "moving" those files.

It depends. If the CPU is the bottleneck on extraction performance then faster data transfers won't help.

I've not paid attention to the CPU % in Task Manager to know.
CPU is an Intel 7700k.
