hey guys,

I have a 2tb Crucial NVMe drive coming tomorrow to replace my current one. this new one has a heatsink on as default, and the slot for my second NVMe is beneath my GPU..will there be clearance issues with the heatsink and the actual GPU?

surely not by design?

Will depend on the height of the heatsink
Motherboard manufacturers mostly don't make m2 drives
So by design doesn't really come into it

And m2 drive manufacturers don't know
What slot you intend to put a drive with a heatsink in
So also not by design

Basically up to the user to decide
If with or without a heatsink is correct option
Depending on where they will install it

thanks for the info. I think I will put it on the bottom slot, as it's still a 4th gen nvme slot. well out the way for the GPU.

Which version if it's got the 'standard' small heatsink you should be ok, if it's a T705 with the big one then it's not going to fit.
