Is the best way to overclock my nvidia geforce 7900gs 512 ddr3 is with nvtray?

It gives me the option to manually overclock(there is no option to auto overclock :( ) and then detect optimal system, then I tick the box which applys the settings direct at startup. Yet it doesnt seem to do much and doesnt seem to increase the Core Clock Frequency too much.

It is currently at Core Clock Frequency 490, memory clock frequency 1.39 ghz. Is this good?, correct? should i change it, and is there a better program. Please help :)

Why don't you use coolbits? A useful reg hack that gives a nice easy to use manual and auto overclocking.

I personally use Rivatuner, then manually overclock.

I find overclocking is like a car transmission. Those who are with manual swear by it, and those who have to use auto don't think they're missing out! :D
