anyone got any diagrams or ways to show how to get the nxzt fans led to work? i've got 3. but nada! I want to know what it I is I am doing wrong. could be as simple as me missing something. I have power on the fans it's self as they spin but yet to see the leds work.

You say you have the 'kit' I presume you mean the Hue+ ?
If so make sure you have the fans cables correctly as shown in the instructions using in and out ports to link the fans together then make sure the first one is connected to the Hue+.
After that make sure the Hue+ is connected correctly with USB and Molex cables then install the software for it. Once that's done you may nee d one last reboot to get the fans to be detected but after that you should be good to go.
