Nylon/plastic washers

Put this here as it's a more general question than home and garden.

I have a Breeze catcher spinning clothes line dryer and the spinner runs on Nylon/plastic washers - I have had no reply from makers so spent afternoon looking for washers

These washers are 32mm outside diam and 28mm inside so they are very thin and thickness is 2-3mm - Not found anything remotely like what I need so next step is "does anyone know of a company that makes nylon washers"

Two of the washers are of the top hat type but I don't think I will find any of those.

Shame the makers are so lacking in communication as this is a cracking clothes dryer. (Moved from Ireland to USA)

Stepped drill bit should do it pretty easily.

This, Cone bit and try find one with the right outside measurements and rough thickness. You should be able to make it easily enough

No in UK - I have trawled Breeze catcher for days and couldn't find those part.

They used to be in Ireland

The worst bit is I had them sent to me months ago and wife threw packet out as they weigh nothing and she thought it was empty.

I will try and order a pack.

in my job afew years back as a cnc waterjetter i would make loads of small one off jobs like this usually out of scraps of ptfe sheet. most firms will do as a free sample

Typical isn't it - been sending email to Breeze catcher for weeks with no reply - Used Gmail yesterday and get a message saying they put a washer kit on last night.

Grrrr - but still can't change postal country on order to deliver to UK.
