NZXT 6 year Warranty Problem

Just thought I would let people know you shouldn't purchase any NZXT AIO or any other NZXT product for the 6 year warranty unless your happy paying customs charges, VAT and handling fees for any replacements from the US after your 1st year of warranty is up with retailer.

I read they stopped using a 3rd party in Europe to supply and support their products in the EU to save money so will avoid purchasing from them in future after this RMA experience.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will be looking into this now to see what is going on and to work with NZXT to try and come up with a better solution.

I will report back as soon as they reply.

Thanks for your repsonse but I unfortuantly did not purchase my x61 from OCUK this time. But as a regular OCUK customer I thought I should report this as recently built a new system for a friend and purchased new NZXT products from OCUK for his build and am pretty unhappy that he may experience this aswell if his products fail after 1 year.

I have had to use NZXT support 2 times with regard to my h440 and both times they have just sent me the replacement parts for free. The 2nd time I was asked if I could buy a side panel window as mine had gotten really scratched up and they just sent it for free the next day.

Hi,

OK this makes sense now as we have an agreement with NZXT to deal with warranty claims on NZXT products with us.

If your friend has any issues he needs to contact us directly and not NZXT. I would recommend contacting the place of purchase as they should be able to help you out even if it is a year old. It maybe a little harder for them if it is a few years old though.

Ok that sounds good for my friend and other OCUK customers just a shame I can't get the same level of support dealing directly with NZXT.
