NZXT 820 Phantom HDD vibration :\

Has anyone got this case?

Ive had it nearly a year now and the HDD vibration is doing my **** in.

It went away but now its back, it vibrates the full case, NZXT dont speak good English and the customer service is retarded. I did get some new fans from them and a HDD case but it was the wrong one lol they totally dont understand what im telling them :\

If i put my finger on the case it absorbs all the vibration noise its so weird, i cant shop my finger off and leave it there though so does anyone have any idea what i can use to absorb the noise?

I got one and did a review, the HDD/SSD caddys are utter pants.

You may have better luck doing a ghetto bungie mod to hold them in place.

I cant really do that lol .

Everything with the case is pretty good except the silly HDD vibration, ive fixed it for now its back silent but if it has a hiccup i need smack my case until it stops :\

My 410 does it occasionally too and like yours, a quick tap sorts it.

Personally I think, on mine at least, it's where the lower HDD cage meets the chassis. On mine it's riveted and I plan at some point (when I get round to it) drill out these rivets and use rubber washer and bolts to secure it back down.
