I was looking at the OcUK Tech Labs 120mm Kraken G10 Bundle for my EVGA 980 SC... is this a good choice, or would it be better to buy the G10 alone with a separate AIO such as the X31 or something else? I am limited to a rear 120mm rad as that's all my case will take.

My other concern was just how well this setup will perform. I'm looking for something that runs a bit quieter and cooler. Will this do it? Any issues I should be aware of?

I had a G10 bracket & Corsair H55 AIO fitted to my old 290.
Very quiet & Temps were around 60-65c whilst gaming compared to 85-90 with the original heatsink.

Only thing I would make sure you do is fit VRM & Ram heatsinks as the supplied fan on its own is not enough to keep them cool.

This is how my 290 was setup.

Not sure how the vrms/ram are cooled on the 980's, but as the card runs cooler than the 290 it might be ok.
If you did want to fit heatsinks, you can buy them for a few pounds, although I don't think overclockers stock any.
