NZXT Grid+ problem

Hi,

Recently put a Grid+ fan controller in my PC and while it's great it's giving me a really annoying problem.

When I first cold boot the PC the fans are all at full power. However, if I let the PC boot into windows then power off and on right away it starts working

Any ideas on what may be causing this?

After you power off, try turning the PSU by the switch off for a few seconds. It may be that the GRID or PSU has some power remaining, so the GRID stays on for the while that you turn it off and then turn it on back again, so retaining the settings

NZXT had a bad batch of these release last year with many users reporting power problems (i.e fans running at full speed or not at all)

I'd suggest emailing them with your exact symptoms and see what they say.
