Has anyone changed the AIO in these cases?
I'm fighting high temperatures from what I can only assume is a faulty pump, air lock, or blockage.
I reached out to NZXT and they told be to shake and wiggle it about. This made a difference and lowered the temps - in my mind proving the fault lies within the cooler. NZXT said this was now fixed and end of story!
Anyway, I continued to monitor the situation and no surprise to me the fault has returned. I can't game for more than 15 mins, idle temps can fluctuate from around 35-55, a stress test will see 95 within 20 seconds before I stop it, and once it's high, it'll stay high for a long time.
It seems NZXT aren't willing to RMA this and tell me these temps are normal! NZXT also won't sell this cooler on its own.
I'm now stuck and can only see two options; attempt to fit a different cooler, or shell out on a new case/cooler/PSU.
Can anyone offer advice? Any NZXT reps on the forum? Do we think OCUK can step in to help? (Bought it here new).
