Good evening folks,

Just wondering if anyone has got the above case and as to what they think of it, as I am looking to get a case to start with my PC build and thinking of getting said case in the black & green colour. As I'm going for a black & green theme build!

Cheers

Ive got one, the red and black version, and it is absolutely beautiful to look at. There is plenty of space inside along with a removable HDD cage if you have a mega long GPU. Even with the HDD cage removed, you have room for a few more HDDs and 2 SSDs (that bolt onto the top of the PSU cover). Cable management is easy and there is plenty of room behind the motherboard/PSU for storing looong cables. One nice touch is a switch at the back that turns on a little LED so you can see inside your case :D.

Some slight cons, mine isn't all that quiet... but I really think that's due to the fact I am still using a stock intel cooler (loool). You'll need some decent fans at the front of the case as there isn't much room to pull air in and remember there are no front slots for DVD's or fan controllers and the like.

I really do recommend it. Its a great looking case, green and black theme would be nice to see (so make sure you post a project log).

I have the white one and im very pleased with it, fantastic looking case and well worth the money. My other considerations were the corsair air's, fractal nodes or defines but glad I went with the 440.

Cooling could be an issue as the intakes are limited, depends what you want to put in there. If your going to fully stock it then you might run into temp issues. Cant get my Sapphire to glow red but i've not pushed it.

Still not finished with mine or would post some pics, braided cables needed and id like to get some nice fans in the front for push/pull on the H105. I did rearrange the fans slightly from stock config and will prob swap them out/upgrade when I can.

Only gripe is no black grommets on the top psu cover as standard (i think you can get them) my Super Flower glows through them but that's hardly a biggie.

Thanks for the reply!! I was a bit worried about as to whether the case would be able to take two way sli config as both size as well as being able to keep the case cool.

I'll be doing a project log of the build as well as the man cave project as it had to take a back seat last year due to financial strain but in a position now to get the project back on track! It will be a long process with the computer taking around 6 months and the man cave well....ranging from 12-18 months!

Cheers

Got black/red. i swapped all stock fans to corsair quiet editions all running with voltage reducers. Got 4x 140mm corsair and nzxt x41 water cooler with 2 noctua pwm fans. Only 4ghz oc and things are really quiet, cant complain, even when running games <50. I have 2 fans (1 is nzxt x41) pulling air in, and 3 pulling it out, got 0 dust and things are cool :)

Only downside is that front panel is a total biach to take off.

Did a custom watercooling build inside one - log is in my signature. It's a really nice case to use and looks very clean but the airflow is an issue.

However something I would advise ever H440 owner to do is to remove the mesh strips that run along the top and side panels - or at least the non visible ones. It makes a huge difference to how much airflow and lowered my water temps a decent amount.

They simply unscrew and come off so if you don't like it you can put them back. Also it might be worth getting some different fans as I found the stock fans rather lackluster. I replaced all my rad fans with these and found temps dropped more. Personally I also remove fan filters from my cases as they cause the same issue they are meant to prevent.

I have no issue taking off either of my front panels. Just put one hand in the gap between the front panel and the USB ports and the other in the gap at the bottom and pull straight. Should come off super easy.
