NZXT Hue and leds

Hi all, I've had my NZXT led control and two LED strips in my case since January. Today I have one led strip that is blinking odd colours and now seems to emit a pink glow no matter the colour I select. Any idea how long these strips should last or do they have a life span ..

2 year warranty on the NZXT Hue. Not sure about the LED strips. Did they come with it?

aha .. just looked it up myself .. I bought the kit that has one led strip and I bought a second strip by itself. Both have a 2 year warranty thank god :-)

.. I suppose I have to deal with NZXT directly or do I deal with OCUK?

I remember something about OcUK dealing directly with RMA on some NZXT products but it's been a while and not sure what products that covered. I'd try them first though.
