NZXT HUE RGB LED Controller

its only the strip than can change colour though, so if you have coloured LED fans, they would still shine as bright as ever and maybe ruin the effect... *looks at all the blue fans in pc wishing they were orange*
 
I have something like that in my keyboard. I used 50CM but bought 1 Metre of 60 LED/M RGB strip with IR remote for £12, 2 Metres comes in at £16.


I don't have a 5.25" bay thing though, just the LED strip, PWM control box and IR remote. You can choose preset colours, mix colours, cycle, warp colours, flash.

The NZXT HUE is a 30 LED/M design though so you can get 2M for £12 with remote. Still no nice 5.25" bay though with mesh and snazzy dials.

Still for an all inclusive price £25 is pretty good.
