Initially this seemed to be a very good product, installed last August & worked extremely well. 3820 overclocked to 4.6Ghz with very good temps. However! In early December, the stock fans started making an awful rattle, after some internet searches i found it's quite a common issue if the fans were set to extreme on a pull config (the blades would suck down into the rad). As this hadn't happened until 4-5 months after installation, i contacted Nzxt for replacements. (I'm still waiting ~ customer service is dreadful to non existent)
Meanwhile i replaced the fans out of my own pocket (Noctua NF-A14's) & then the software just randomly cut the fans out on anything but the factory set "extreme" setting.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I've given up with the thing & have just received a Coolermaster Glacer 240L which i will be fitting soon.
