Nzxt kraken x72 mounting bracket for 3960x trx4 cpu?

Hi all

I went to install a kraken x72 on my 3960x trx4 cpu and there is no mounting bracket for the aio, and I can't find one in the box or cpu box. Is there anyway I can buy one, I need one ASAP or if someone has spare one for sale. I can't find one for sale anywhere thats UK based.

any help would appreciated, I need to get this tested whole system before new year or ill be in a bind.

Hi,

Had a quick look at the manual for the x72 (Could it be any less clear?) and it looks like it needs the Asetek bracket - there absolutely should be one included the base of the CPU box, under the foam with the orange screwdriver thing.

Couple of options if it's not there:

1. Send the X72 back and get a deepcool castle 360EX which doesn't need the Asetek bracket, I was using the castle before I moved to a custom loop and it is decent enough.
2. I'm not using my Asetek bracket and I'm happy to send it to you.

Hi mate

I looked everywhere and unfortunately I could not find one, not sure why this is tbh.

Unfortunately I bought the kraken for a normal ryzen build last year that never happened. I just need to get something over temporarily
over the threadripper so I can test the motherboard and new ram in got there now, until I can finish my research for a custom loop, then I will sell the kraken on.

If its not too much trouble, I would be more than happy to pay any fees in postage and also for the asetek item. I am very grateful for your help, I know its Christmas and everyone is busy so really appreciate the help mate.
