Would like to share my good experience with NZXT.
I have an S340 case.
Recently my front audio jack stopped working. So I emailed them to see if there was anything they could do. They emailed straight back and said that they don't have any UK based supply but would help me out.
Sure enough they have sent me a replacement front panel. Free of charge, and Fast post, tracked, all the way from California. Arrived in 5 days. All at no cost to me!
Plus the case I bought was only £60 odd quid.
I thought this was pretty good service.
