[Buildlog] Fractal arc midi R2

Hey guys, I've had a scratch I needed to itch so I've splashed out a bit

pics are gunna come later unfortunately.

Current hardware:
Nzxt m59 case (bit battered)
I5 2500k @ 4.4 w/ Hyper 212+ cooler
Msi p67a-g45 mobo
8gb Kingston Hyperx 1600mhz
Msi TFiii 6950 2gb @ 880mhz
Crappy nzxt 500w psu
Wd blue 1tb storage drive
Samsung 830 128gb boot / game drive.

New hardware:
Fractal arc midi r2
Silver arrow sb-e
His iceq 7950 3Gb (was worried about length but after checking I have about 2mm between the cooler and hdd cage)[/] need more funds
Xfx 750w semi modular psu

Rebuilding it all later tonight!

Sorry about the delay! Motherboard needs rma'ing so I'm going to dsr the 7950 and get a better mobo and a nicer case to work with. Gunna sell the replacement motherboard when it arrives and upgrade my graphics card next payday.

So after a set back I'm gunna do this build after work tonight (doing a 10-8:30

) got everything minus the 7950 which will have to wait until the 28th when I get paid.

CPU is being DSR'd as soon as I've flashed my mobo back to sandybridge but I bought it from a competitor that ignored me for 3weeks straight whilst rma'ing something last time.

Cant wait to build this case up! Looks so nice and spacious compared to my tacky nzxt m59

True it is a small case, but it's doing the job just fine, on reflection I could have got something a lot better in that price range 3-4 years ago.

On hold yet again, tried a different CPU just to double check the motherboard is in fact dead. Gotta wait until the 28th to buy a new mobo

Out of interest, which motherboard would you guys recommend? I can get a Z77 sabertooth for £120ish through work as well as the Asus P8z77 and the gigabyte ud3h fairly cheap.
