Hi,

Stock has finally arrived for both the Kraken and AER RGB Fans. The Kraken has produced some very good reviews and it is fast becoming a popular cooler with sales already higher than expected from back orders. The X62 and X52 kraken are available with the X42 arriving a little later this month.

The coolers include a 6 year warranty as standard. The easy mounting mechanism designed by Asetek is also tried and tested making it very easy to install for every level of user.

The software included is also very user friendly allowing you to set a number of colour options with ease. The NZXT logo in the pump unit is a very nice addition unlike what we have seen on many other coolers.

The X52 is around 4-5 degrees average behind the very powerful EK 240 Predator so this cooler can definitely holds its own when under extreme loads.

Many reviews are available for both models.

I must apologise for the pictures as we are yet to get some decent ones so we only have the renders.

I was eyeing the X52, but at under £10 less than the X62 it seems an odd price.

More aimed at people who cannot fit a 280mm than as a cheaper option?

How do the Aer fans compare to those that come with the Kraken?

I believe the fans on the Kraken cooler are the AER P fans which are designed for Radiators so better for water cooling. The AER RGB fans are as the title RGB which link upto the new improved software. The AER RGB fans are mainly designed for cases but can be used to on radiators as well but you will get better performance on the radiator from the AER P fan.

Any 140mm Aer fans?

I have updated the thread as 140mm are available.

I like NZXT products... but damn those fans are pricey. If they perform as their pricing suggests: i.e. keeping things super-cool while being super-quiet, then I can see them being worth the cost and would probably be interested in buying one myself. But the only thing I don't like about the fans is RGB... I'd rather have no LEDs or just one set colour.
