Hi all just wanted to check that my Noctua NH-C14 would fit inside a Phantom 630 with both fans attached 9on top and under). Wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too wide with the rear case fan or too high for the side panel. By my calculations it should be fine but wanted a second opinion, if there is anyone with a similar build. Thanks.

I don't have one fitted but did a quick measurement inside my 630 and there is roughly 200mm clearance to from MB to side panel and should be plenty of room for the 166mm width too.

Heres a pic, the distance between my rear fan and the center of my CPU block is 120mm

I'm sure it will fit. I know I'll have enough room from the mobo to the side panel it's the width I'm worried about. Oh well I ordered it from over clockers now so if it doesn't fit I'll have to buy a new cooler lol.

Just out of interest, all the fans plug into the fan hub, but where does that plug into? The power supply or motherboard? Also I take it comes with all those cables. Sorry to ask all these questions but your the only person I have spoken to who has one.

There's a 4 pin molex down the back of the case that powers the fan controller, I think it powers the SD reader in the front and a LED light at the back for the motherboard panel as well if I remember right. So all those cables are included but anything green I got separately.

Why would my ram be a problem? I already have the cooler on my mobo with the ram in my current case.

Ah I didn't know t was in your current build with the same RAM. RAM can potentially get in the way of the cooler and prevent it from being installed, better safe than sorry.

ah ok yer I see. yes when I brought the cooler I had the same worry about that fitting with the ram because it's quite big. I always worry when I buy something new.
