Hey OcUK,

Just finally got around to taking my NZXT Phantom apart to fit in my all white Spectre's, only to find neither the 200mm nor the 230mm fan's will fit. Oh damn :/

Is there anyway I can get the fans to fit in the place? I'm more worried about the 230mm fan since I'm currently trying to source a blue LED 200mm to match the one on the top

The fan holes are not 200mm (there is not s standard layout for this size), you'll have to get a NZXT 200mm fan if you want them to fit. There are some work arounds in fittting other makes but this envolves modding things, have look through the NZXT forums as there's quite a few posts on this.

Hope your enjoying the case though!

Well thats a bit of a faf! Just bought myself two 200mm blue LED fans, one for the side and another on the top, need to do some modding in order to chain the switch together. Loving the case and the built in fan control

Out of intrest did you see temps go down when you installed you kit into the case?

The reason i ask is everything i've put in mine is new so don't really know how mush cooler it is compared to other cases (and cool it is!).

Couldn't tell you tbh, just because this is an entire new rig, i5 2500k and etc.

From what I read before buying the case it was a good cooler, matching the likes of the Haf X and beating it in some cases.

iirc i had a fair bit of drop in temps going from an antec 300 to my phantom, sure i posted up here just search my name and nzxt and you'll find it
