Now i know there are currently problems with installing the h50/h70 into the phantom because of the rad hitting the top 200mm fan, my question is if i move the top 200mm fan to the front postion and leave the rear empty will i be losing any cooling?

Should be ok as long as you have the fans on the H50/70 pulling in from the back so the heat can be exhausted up through the top fan - it should still do the same even without the fan right above the cpu
