guys im looking at a phantom case instead of the haf x due to it being cheaper and got exactly what i want except that watercooling may be an issue,
would there be an enough room for a 240 rad at the top or would i have to put it elsewhere or mod?

Or go haf x for the extra money it sorta seems worth it but i like the design of both cases.

please reply,
Scone.

I have just got my phantom case and want to watercool it as well. There is plenty of room on the top for a 240 rad but it will need modding as the 2 200mm fans that are there at the moment will be in the way.

I am planing to fill in the holes and then cut out the space for a 240 rad but it could be a lot of work.

Either way, good luck and if you need measurements of the phantom the just ask.

thanks would a dual rad fit the top with or without modding http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-077-EK&groupid=962&catid=1523&subcat=1525

276x123x47mm
this is the size of it?

You might be able to just force it on but you would need to remove the top 200mm fan that is included. To be honest, when I was measuring the case last night, the only way I could see to make it look good was to mod the top of the case so that there was no fan holes and then cut the holes for a rad.

Long and short of it, it will fit, if you want it to look good, you will need to mod it.
