anyone done a build with this case yet? need some inspiration for my own and maybe do my first project log with it

Currently building one!

Went with the white version, putting a MSI Z97 Krait edition motherboard in (black and white, so fits the colour scheme of the case perfectly). Intel i5 4670K, 8GB of RAM, one SSD and two HDDs. Not decided on video card yet. Oh, and reusing my CM 600W PSU, because I didn't see the point in replacing something that works as well as it does.

Few things I've learned/come across so far:

  • It's a bit tight for space when you fit the motherboard, make it easier on yourself by removing the cable management bar before you start.
  • Speaking of cable management - this case makes it a doddle. The bottom of the case is divided off so you can hide lots of PSU wires there, and there's plenty of space behind the motherboard tray.
  • Thumbscrews for the side panels are designed to be captive, so don't bother removing them. Just spin them 1, maybe 1½ turns and the panel will come off.
  • Nice large cutout behind the motherboard if you have to change coolers.
All in all, I'm really happy with it so far. Build quality seems excellent. Got to reserve judgement on the stock fans until I've got it up and running, especially with them being 3pin rather than PWM ones.
