Any idea if when the sliders are set to 0% will it cut all power to the fan (turning it off) or does it send out a minimum amount?

Yes, I noticed the 40%, it even says it on the overclockers website. I just wasn't sure if it was possible to shut fans down completely.
That's a pain. Looks like I'm going to have to stick to Fan Xpert to control them as it turns them off at least.
