O/C Help????

Hi guys and gals can anyone help i'm really struggling here. My comp is as sig and i'm trying to o/c but can't get any higher than 2.55Ghz.

Sorry if pic to big. The settings i'm using are....
CPU Voltage @ 1.3375v
255 x 10 multi
DDR2 @ 765Mhz / 800Mhz
Speedstep = OFF
Followed the guide alllec gave me but still no luck whatever combo i try. Any help would be great. Any other info needed i will gladly supply.

Thanks ok idiot time how do i do that? Do i have to set them manually in the bios?
If so what timings do i need? Thanks again for the help so far.

Thanks for help guys so far here is where i'm upto.
Currently at 2.6Ghz and running Orthos. Tried for 2.7Ghz and my comp just laughs at me and says i can't o/c for toffee.

CPU @1.4v
260 x 10
DDR2 @650mhz Auto
Speedstep OFF
Pci @ 100
Ram Timings @4:5

Anyone live in Manchester that can come and sort this out for me???
