O&O Best Defrag method?

If you're out of drive space, move data accross to another drive.
Clear out temp, internet files, old system restore points

Then defragment it, and move the data back.

I've got 43GB left (lost 2GB somewhere... can't find it ).

I've just been clearing up the drive now, uninstalled a few things & have run CCleaner.

I think I'll remove my 31gb backup, re-defrag and then re-do the backup.
