O&O Defarg Which method?

I've done the initial Space defrag but which Complete method should I use?

My PCs mainly just used for web browsing and occasionaly windows media player. Though I do heavy downloading/extracting/deleting of films and music all on the system drive.

Should I use :-

COMPLETE/Name - Files are ogranised by name
COMLETE/Modified - Files are oragnised by the most modified ( though I think this is aimed at database & severs)
COMPLETE/Access - Files are ogranised by most accessed

Most accessed/least modified makes sense to me - most accessed means once defrag is done, those will be nearer each other on the disk => reduced seek time; least modified means those least likely to become defragmented are all at the start of the disk so easier to defrag next time.
