O&O Defrag - Full/Name/Access/Modified?

Hopefully just a quick question!
But is Full/Name the best defrag option in this program for a normal desktop or laptop?
I assume access/modified are for fileservers and the like?

go for access/modified. as it'll clump your most commonly used files together. Full name should be used for things like media storage. IMO, but doesn't make much difference.

Ahhh, access and modified are two separate options, but I guess the difference between them is minimal anyway!

Yeah the difference will be minimal. I'd go for access but it doesn't really matter.

access for your operating system + program files drives

media drives by name
