Nothing about what you have said makes sense and even if it did, where is the relevance? Nobody is running an SSD on an XP machine today outside of the nostalgia niche who just want to explore the old for a short stint.

Windows defragmenter has long been updated to optimise and defrag where necessary based on the type of drive being used. Nothing else is needed, no other "optimisation" is needed, in fact it's a waste of time doing anything beyond letting Windows auto optimise drives on its factory automatic schedule.
