O&O Defrag query?!?

So im currently running a Complete/Name defrag and its at 50% but its showing that i have now more fragmented files than when i began the defrag, its actually giving me fragmented files look:

I had the exact same problem with O&O.

If you click the block you'll see what files are still fragmented. Mine was a 40GB file, so for some reason it couldn't move it.

No, I used PerfectDisk

Someone did tell me it was due to the defragger not having enough free space to move the file (if the file was 50gb you'd need 50gb free for it to be moved), but in my case there was plenty of free space.

If it is a huge file that's keeping the disk defragged then maybe you could move it to another drive/computer, defrag and then move it back?
