O/S (whs2011) wont boot after swapping cases

Ive just swapped my server from one case to another now it wont start the o/s, it gets as far as the windows loading bar which is very faint then it reboots, ive done absolutely nothing other than swap it over just hope I can slave the drives into something and get the data off

Anyone had a similar problem before where it gets to the loading bar and reboots

Everything else is the same?
Could you have a short?
Motherboard risers in place?

Yeah identical, somethings happend to the boot drive tho, ive just put a spare hdd in and installed windows 7 no problem, I had whs2011 installed on a 500gb hdd and had 2 x 2tb hdd's as storage drives, when I slave them in the win7 drive I can see one of them no problem and the data thats on it, but I cant see the drive that had all my documents, music, videos and photos on. The problem is I used drive bender software to pool the drives together 2 make one drive , couldnt boot in even in safe mode, so looks like ive lost everything

Im reinstalling whs2011 on the 500gb drive now and will then connect the 2 2tb drives up and install drive bender again to see if I can rebuild the pool, fortunately I made some blu-ray back ups of my photos recently so wont have really lost any, the other stuff well, it'll just take time to rebuild

The movement of teh Mb didn;t reset some BIOS settign regarding bot order, or disk order, everything was plugged into the same sata ports?
for the pooling?

nope was still set to boot from the 500gb primary drive which is starts to do then just restarts, god knows whats caused it, i made sure I plugged them into the same ports too, even tried swapping them around just to be safe but no good
