So how do people use a SF750 with a 6900XT and high end mobo? Only have two PCi cable and two EPS which are already going to be used. Don't fancy splitting a cable, is it best to use a different case and use an ATX psu?

not sure what you mean. Doesn't the 6900 XT only use 2x8pin (with the exception of some AIB using 3x8pin)

The SF750 has 4x8pin connectors for use with either an EPS or PCIe connector.. you can use 3 of those for pcie and 1 eps. They are not dedicated to specifically 2 and 2. I guess you just need to purchase an additional pcie cable if it's a 3port card

I guess 5x8pins is possible. 2x8pin on the motherboard + 3x8pin on the GPU. GPU can have 1 cable splitting to 2 for the GPU. Although at that point I doubt a 750W would be enough. Silverstone do a 1000W sfx-L psu with 5 pcie slots. Coolermaster have an 850W sfx PSU too.

Are there any high end mobo with more than 1x8pin EPS connection? Don't think i've seen any.

Even then, i wouldn't expect both EPS connectors to be required unless you were doing extreme overclocks and need the power

Personally not seen one but I have seen you very popular YouTube builders use a board once in a while with 2 eps plugs..

But your talking £1000 boards maybe more

The MEG unify Z490 I’ve got uses 2 8 pin EPS connectors. That’s part of the reason I modified my 011 mini to use an ATX power supply.
